Personal Experience

Dr. Parish received his medical degree from the University of Kentucky College of Medicine. He is board-certified in Addiction Medicine and Family Medicine. Dr. Parish has a strong interest in and advocates for primary care integrated with behavioral health in the evaluation and treatment of substance use disorders. He serves as a subject matter expert on treatment for the SAMHSA-funded Opioid Response Network. He is a Fellow of the American Society of Addiction Medicine. He is an active member of the American Academy of Addiction Psychiatry and the American College of Academic Addiction Medicine.
